2. Product Description

2.1 What Fineriwallet Is

Fineriwallet is a hardware wallet device that:

• Stores cryptocurrency private keys offline
• Provides a secure method for signing transactions
• Offers backup and recovery options through seed phrases
• Supports multiple cryptocurrencies

2.2 What Fineriwallet Is NOT

Fineriwallet does NOT:

• Provide cryptocurrency exchange services
• Offer trading or investment services
• Act as a custodian for your assets
• Have access to your private keys
• Control or manage your cryptocurrency

3. Eligibility

To use Fineriwallet products and services, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age
2. Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
3. Not be prohibited from using our products under applicable laws
4. Comply with all local laws regarding cryptocurrency usage

4. Purchase Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency payments. Payment must be received in full before order processing.

4.3 Shipping

• We ship worldwide where legally permitted
• Shipping times vary by location
• Customer is responsible for customs duties and import taxes
• Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery to carrier

4.4 Returns and Refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned for security reasons unless defective. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.

You are solely responsible for:

• Securely storing your recovery seed phrase
• All transactions signed with your device
• Keeping your device firmware updated
• Verifying transaction details before signing
• Compliance with applicable cryptocurrency regulations

5.2 Security Best Practices

We strongly recommend:

• Never sharing your PIN or seed phrase
• Storing seed phrases in multiple secure locations
• Verifying device authenticity upon receipt
• Only downloading firmware from official sources

6. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Use the device for illegal activities
• Modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the device
• Resell devices as new if previously opened
• Use the device in violation of export control laws
• Misrepresent the capabilities of the device
• Use the device to facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Fineriwallet products, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights, remain the exclusive property of Fineriwallet. You receive only a limited license to use the device for its intended purpose.

7.1 Trademarks

The Fineriwallet name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Open Source Components

Certain components of our firmware may contain open source software, which is governed by applicable open source licenses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The device will meet all your requirements
• The device will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any defects will be corrected
• The device is immune to all security threats

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

9.1 Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency involves substantial risk, including total loss of value. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of private keys or seed phrases
• Cryptocurrency market volatility
• Errors in transaction addresses
• Network fees or failed transactions
• Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fineriwallet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the product
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of applicable laws

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing false information
• Actions harmful to other users or our business

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
